  • merica beljakovin v prahu
  • banana
  • pest ali dve gozdnih sadežev
  • grški jogurt
  • oreščki po lastni izbiri ali žlica arašidovega masla
  • žlička lanenih in chia semen
  • malček cimeta v prahu
  • po želji lahko dodate pest špinače (vir vlaknin)

Vse skupaj zmiksamo, za kanček svežine pa lahko dodamo še nekaj ledu.
