Sestavine:

  • Beljakovine v prahu (okus čokolada)
  • Kakav v prahu (70-80 gramov)
  • Javorjev sirup (50 gramov)
  • 2 avokada
  • Žlička vanilijevega ekstrakta
  • Žlička ekstrakta mente
  • Nekaj mentinih listov

Priprava:

  1. Zmiksamo avokado in javorjev sirup
  2. Dodamo vanilijev in mentin ekstrakt
  3. Dodamo beljakovine v prahu in kakav ter dobro zmiksamo
  4. Zmes oz. maso prelijemo v manjše skodelice in pustimo v hladilniku nekaj ur
  5. Pred serviranjem dodamo še nekaj mentinlih listov kot dekoracijo
