  • Potrebujemo:
  • 300 gramov mletega puranjega mesa
  • kruh (lepinje ali bombete)
  • avokado
  • paradižnik
  • čebulo
  • zeleno solato
  • olivno olje
  • sol, poper
  • po želji lahko tudi kislo smetano

Priprava:
Mleto mesto zmešajte, dodajte začimbe in oblikujte dve ali tri pleskavice. Segrejte ponev, dodajte olivno olje in pleskavice pecite približno 5 minut na vsaki strani. Kruh lahko popečete na ponvi, dodate avokado, narezan paradižnik in čebulo, drugo stran kruha pa namažite s kislo smetano in vmes položite pleskavico.
