PIRIN KRUH

Sestavine:

  • 40 do 50 gramov gramov mešanice raznih semen (lanena, sezamova, sončnična in bučna)
  • kilogram polnozrnate pirine moke
  • 1 do 1,5 vrečke pecilnega praška
  • 2 žlici olivnega olja
  • 2 žlički soli
  • pol litra do liter mineralne vode

Priprava:

Sestavine zmešamo tako, da dobimo maso, ki ni ravno običajna – torej ni preveč gosta, ne preveč redka. V pekač, ki je primeren za peko kruha položimo peko papir, čez pa dodamo maso, ki smo jo dobili. Peč predčasno segrejemo na okrog 200 stopinj in pečemo 1 uro.
