“CHICKEN FINGERSI S KOKOSOM”

Potrebujemo:
– piščančja prsa
– pirina moka (lahko pa tudi navadna)
– jajca
– mleko
– kokosovo moko
– pirine ali navadne drobtine

Priprava:
Piščančje meso narežemo na trakove, dodamo sol in začimbe po želji in jih paniramo s pirino moko, nakar meso položimo v mešanico jajc in mleka, za tem pa še v pirine drobtine in v kokosovo moko. Meso položimo na peko papir, ki ga pred tem premažemo s kokosovim oljem in pečemo na 180 stopinjah okoli 15-20 minut. Vmes priporočamo, da meso obrnete zato, da se dodobra zapeče.
