Sestavine:

  • 200 gramov grškega ali islandskega jogurta
  • merica beljakovin v prahu
  • pest gozdnih sadežev
  • žlico granole (okus mešanih oreščkov)
  • žlica medu
  • dve žlici ekspandirane pire

Priprava:

  • Jogurt dobro zmešamo z beljakovinami v prahu
  • Dodamo gozdne sadeže in zmešamo
  • Čez potresemo granolo, piro in prelijemo z žlico medu
