“TUNA NA ŽARU”

  • Za dve osebi potrebujemo:
  • 2x file tune
  • sol, poper
  • olivno olje ali kokosovo maslo
  • peteršilj, rožmarin in česen

Priprava:
– ponev na kateri bomo pekli tunin zrezek premažemo z olivnim oljem ali kokosovim maslom. Tunine zrezke solimo in popopramo ter lahko dodamo še nekaj rožmarina. Na vsaki strani jih pečemo približno 2-3 minute. Iz dveh žlic olivnega olja, narezanega peteršilja in česna pripravimo tržaško omako in jo ponudimo zraven.
