“PIŠČANEC IN MANDLJEVA OMAKA”

Potrebujemo:
– poljubno količino piščančjega mesa
(približno 100-150g na osebo)
– mandlje
– nekaj paprik in čebulo
-sol in poper
-riževo smetano

Priprava:
– piščančje meso narežemo na kocke in popečemo
– čez meso polijemo mandljevo omako, ki smo jo dobili tako, da smo zmiksali mandlje, dodali riževo smetano in vse skupaj malce pokuhali, začinili pa smo s soljo in poprom
– na olivnem olju popražimo narezano čebulo in dodamo še narezano papriko, na koncu pa dodamo še popražene mandlje
