Priprava gob:
2 žlički olivnega olja
skodelica gob po vaši izbiri
feta ali dve slanine
strok česna
2 žlici svežega peteršilja
sol in poper

Priprava jajc:
5 jajc
1-2 žlici kisle smetane
1 žličko olivnega olja
sol in poper

Priprava:
V ponvi segrejte olje in popražite gobe, česen in slanino. Ko se gobe nekoliko zmehčajo, jih odstranite z ognja in dodajte peteršilj ter premešajte. V drugi posodi ali skledi zmešajte jajca in kislo smetano ter posolite in popoprajte. Jajca vlijte v segreto ponev in počasi mešajte. Vse skupaj postrezite z rezino kruha in gobami.
